DEVELOPING COMPETENCE IN THE FUTURE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY WITH THE HELP OF AN ECOSYSTEM

Future Construction Hub is a collaborative ecosystem that engages students, industry, and society to address global and local challenges in a holistic way across technology and industry boundaries. Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Aalto University and Stadin AO – Helsinki Vocational College and Adult Institute ecosystem of cooperation in the construction industry creates a multi-level and subordinate education network that connects to solutions digitality, circular economy, green urban environment, and people wellbeing.

Future Construction Hub project management is based in the Helsinki Myllypuro area where Stadin AO Helsinki Vocational College and Metropolia University of Applied Sciences have their modern campuses. Aalto University’s Department of Built Environment in Otaniemi is linked to the Construction Hub with strong knowledge of 3D measuring and modeling. All three study organizations provide their own expertise to Construction Hub.

Are you a startup, nonprofit organization or company linked to the construction field? We warmly welcome you to the TITAN Future Construction Hub Innovation network. Our common goal is to develop together with you new service concepts within the ecosystem for start-ups, such as experimental and co-working spaces, shared tools, student projects etc. We also hope to experiment and co-develop your company’s products and services as part of this service development.
